You will be less than 8 minutes to safe beaches and bike tracks,only 12 minutes to CBD or Lyttelton .Metro 140 Bus every 30 minutes 7 days a week less than 2 minute walk . The space Enjoy the million dollar view from our Mediterranean courtyard..but your stay will be special as the apartment is the whole downstairs area of our house with upmarket fittings and is the area that our children have used when they return home...Is suitable for single people, couples,business travellers, or families of up to six people with all the games etc that you need for a place like home... We have ample room to lock up bikes and windsurfers etc. High speed Fiber Wi-Fi available so no shortage if you wprk from unit.... The apartment is well set up with a Breakfast Kitchenette featuring a Microwave,Coffee pot machine,Coffee blugger, Kettle, Toaster Nutrabullet,Blender and Fridge, Kitchen area for Cooking with lots of plugin appliances include a family size Air-fryer as well. You have a seperate Washing Machine area to do that washing ; So come and have a large area to yourself that will make your stay special because we are a caring family that will give you want ever help you need to make your stay in our region GREAT ...We have Port a Cot and High chair too at no extra cost.and is very family friendly.... Guest access Guest are welcome to use our upstairs courtyard ,outdoor fire and pizza oven and barbecue with GREAT view of the ocean and alps...Lots of seating for dinner as well or just relaxing. The downstairs flat needs quest to go a few stairs of about 6 steps and the host can help with bags for very old people if need. Other things to note The apartment has two cooking area a breakfast kitchenette with toaster, microwave,jug,Coffee pod machine for a restaurant quality coffee fix;coffee plunger, blender and microwave There is an area to make meals for a family as it has Air -fryer, hotplate,electric fry-pans, rice cooker and a new oven, grill....Also there is a washing machine area to do your trips washing... I can do Airport transfer anytime for a small charge of $20 each way.
