The space A fully equipped, modern studio apartment 1 block away from the beach, avoiding beach front traffic noise. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Short drives to golf courses, restaurants, surf shops, shopping malls, bird sanctuary, wind surfing lagoon (Rietvlei), West Coast highway and wine farms. The apartment has a comfortable sofa and two bar chairs next to a counter top for working on a computer or having meals. There is a microwave oven, oven and hob as well as a dishwashing machine. In the bathroom there is also a washing machine. There is a small balcony with two chairs, that can seat two people comfortably. Although a studio apartment, the sleeping area is separated from the lounge area by the kitchen. Guest access The apartment is situated on the second (top) floor when entering, by staircase only, from the secure parking area (for two cars). The building is secure and patrolled by security contractor. A remote control allows access to the parking area. Guests are met by the on sight supervisor. Other things to note There is a SMART TV, with access to Apps such as Netflix, but no DSTV or satelite TV. The wifi is fibreoptics and uncapped.
