One bedroom with queen size bed has access to an adjacent sitting room with flat screen tv, microwave and mini fridge. Private bathroom with Shower/tub combination. These rooms are on a separate hallway for privacy. The front patio is enclosed and great for sitting or eating. The space Our home is a 20 year old custom built in a quiet and safe neighborhood close to restaurants, grocery, downtown and hospitals. Easy access to freeway 198 to Sequoia park. Parking on the street or driveway is safe. Guest access Please note the kitchen and living room are combined in a great room so we share this living space with guests. With prior notice,we can arrange for guests to use the kitchen for meal preparation. During your stay Generally home and available to answer questions.
