Kick your shoes off & walk straight down the path to beautiful Cooee Bay Beach which is conveniently just across the road. Sit back & enjoy the seaviews to Great Keppel & surrounding islands. So close to town, coffee shops, park, take aways, bus, Wreck Point & the beachfront lagoon. This Unit, combined with Unit 2 above & Cooee Bay Beach House behind make a perfect destination for family holiday get togethers, etc. The space Bedroom 1 has 1 queen bed, Bedroom 2 has 1 queen bed and Bedroom 3 has a king single bed. There is parking available for 1 car in the backyard. Guest access It is easy to walk, cycle or drive around the neighbourhood. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE. We have a 4 night minimum stay from 28/12/25 to 01/1/26 inclusive. This is a highset 60's beach house that is split into two units, one up and one down. It was a rural family's beach house and was set up like this originally, although we renovated a few years ago. Both units are fully self contained and have separate accesses.
