The space Detached two-story villa composed of 5 rooms: On the ground floor: - 1 bedroom with a 160 cm double bed with mosquito net and private bathroom with toilet. - 1 large living room opening onto a refurbished equipped kitchen - 1 terrace with dining area, small living room, and sunbeds - 1 outdoor shower - 1 laundry room On the 1st floor: - 3 bedrooms with double bed + mosquito nets, private bathrooms and toilets. - 1 outdoor terrace/relaxation area with sofas and small desk All rooms are equipped with air conditioners, except the 4th bedroom Included in rental: 1- Household staff (3 days a week from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.) with the possibility of requesting additional days of presence 2- UNLIMITED WIFI Not included in the rental, to be paid on site before departure: 1- Electricity consumption (€0.35 per Kwh) with entry and exit statement of the villa. 2- Water consumption (€1.21 per m3) with entry and exit statement of the villa. 3- Tourist tax €1.50 per night per person. => Upon arrival, the tourist taxes will be requested (at the rate of €1.50 per night and per person) => Also to be provided at the time of departure, the payment for consumption (water, electricity) These services are to be paid directly on site, Optional, to be purchased on site if needed 1- Canal + TV package available (subscription at the expense of the tenant).
