Jazz Residences is endowed with numerous commercial spaces, food establishments, and a supermarket which makes your daily life more convenient. Other things to note BEFORE BOOKING: The following are required by the building admin to issue temporary access to our unit and common facilities, to be submitted at least 3 banking days before the check in date: • Government issued ID for all guests. Kindly note that these will be kept at the reception during your entire stay. Please bring ID(s) that you are comfortable to leave at the reception. • (Optional): Proof of full vaccination against COVID-19. POOL USAGE: A fee of Php150 will apply per person, per use on regular days and Php300 on weekends and holidays as per Jazz Residences policy. Please note that transactions relating to pool usage would need be made at the admin office located at the second floor next to Tower C and their hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM on regular banking days. Kindly note as well that the availability and use of all common recreational facilities such as the pool and playground are subject to health and safety protocols, implemented by the building admin. These may therefore be unavailable for use during strict implementation of heightened COVID-19 alert levels in the area. ADDITIONAL CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT REMINDERS: Guests may check-in from 12 PM to 7 PM. Early check-in before 10 AM is a half day rate extra and between 10 AM and 12 PM is Php500 extra. Check-out time is up to 5 PM. Late check-out after 5 PM is a half day rate extra charge.
