Comfortable cottage with hot tub in Ain

Sandrine and Alex welcome you to their comfortable and quiet cottage for up to 4 people in a green setting. With a hot tub (available from April 1 to September 30), a pétanque court, 2 terraces, and a play area for children (swings and trampoline) You will have free access to very high speed internet via Wi-Fi. The 2 bedrooms and the living room are equipped with 32" (81cm) TV. The cottage is not accessible to people with reduced mobility (stairs to access the cottage). The space Gîte not overlooking the street. Shops nearby within 5 km It is 7 km from a gas station and a supermarket. A City Stade sports complex just a 1-minute walk away lets you play soccer or basketball. Guest access The jacuzzi is on the private terrace of the cottage on the garden side of our property and without any overlooking. It is accessible from April 1 to September 30 (possibility of extensions depending on outdoor temperatures – contact us to learn more) The cottage is attached to our house but you have your own space. The only common spaces where we can meet are: - The courtyard to enter the property (you will find a ping-pong table if you want to play there) - A staircase that allows you to access the cottage and that for us, allows us to access our garden. - The petanque court and the play area for children just above the terrace of the cottage. - The 2nd terrace southwest of the cottage Other things to note A portable Bluetooth speaker is provided so you can relax in the hot tub or play pétanque with music (while respecting the peace and quiet of the neighborhood) Electric vehicle charging possible on site (7 kW/h) for an additional cost of €0.40 inc./kw to be paid on site at the end of the stay.
