Comfortable gîte in Ain

Sandrine and Alex. welcome you to their comfortable and quiet cottage for a maximum of 4 people in a green setting. With jacuzzi (in service from April 1 to September 30), petanque court, 2 terraces and play area for children You will have free access to very high speed internet via Wi-Fi. The 2 bedrooms and the living room are equipped with 32" (81 cm) TV. The cottage is not accessible for people with reduced mobility (stairs to access the cottage). The space Cottage not overlooking the street. Shops nearby 5 km away It is 7 km from a gas station and a supermarket. Guest access The jacuzzi is on the private terrace of the cottage on the garden side of our property and without any overlooking. It is accessible from April 1 to September 30 (possibility of extensions depending on outdoor temperatures – contact us to learn more) The cottage is attached to our house but you have your own space. The only common spaces where we can meet are: - The courtyard to enter the property (you will find a ping-pong table if you want to play there) - A staircase that allows you to access the cottage and that for us, allows us to access our garden. - The petanque court and the play area for children just above the terrace of the cottage. - The 2nd terrace southwest of the cottage Other things to note Electric vehicle recharging is possible on site (7 kW/h terminal) for an additional cost of €0.40 incl. VAT/kW to be paid on site at the end of the stay.
