The space This artist cottage is not just a rental, this is our home and features fine art, rare objets d’art and mid-century furniture collected from around the world. It’s the perfect place to return to after a day of discovering Los Angeles. Or why not settle in and have an afternoon nap or slip into your flip flops and head out to the beach? We'll come meet you and introduce our property. We also have a very detailed guest book with lots of tips for the neighborhood. Enjoy our modern open floor plan with: • Chef's kitchen, restaurant-grade stove • The lounge with brand new smart TV & sound system • Hi-speed WIFI • The Primary bedroom has a plush queen size bed • Modern bathroom, with a soaking tub & shower combo • The lounge has a sofa bed (full size) with heavy drapes for privacy • Both rooms have real black-out blinds for a fabulous night’s sleep • Plenty of closet space in both rooms • Luxurious bedding and towels • Large deck into the front garden with view of the walk street • Outdoor dining table, sun umbrella and butterfly chair Guest access As a guest, you have access to the house and its large front deck and garden, all uniquely furnished. The entrance is through the main front gate from the walk street. Parking is easily available and ample on adjacent streets; just be aware of street cleaning days; Wednesday 9-11AM and Thursday 9-11AM ( 2nd & 4th) . Do check street signs. Other things to note Our working art studio is in the back of the property with its own separate entrance. Please note that our walk street is a tranquil setting. Music should be kept at low, respectful levels. Please avoid loud conversation outdoors after 10pm. Registration Details HSR25-002171
