Holiday home for up to 8 people. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 sofa beds in the lounge area. Located in quiet countryside, 15 km from the beautiful Vendée beaches. EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE - NO EXTRAS TO PAY The entire property is private. The gite, garden, spa and swimming pool are for the use of the group making the booking and are not shared with anyone else. The space Guests have exclusive use of the gite, garden and all facilities. Nothing is shared. • Covered Swimming Pool 8m x 4m, 1m20 deep (seasonal mid March to end October) • Spa/Jacuzzi (36 degrees all year) • Large secure and private garden • Barbecue with coals included • Play area with swings • 25 bikes available for use (Adult, Child and small children), with a bike trailer • Sheets, duvets, pillow cases and blankets • Beds already made on arrival • Cleaning materials • Soap, Shampoo and conditioner • Dishwasher tablets • Washing Up Liquid • Clothes washing liquid and Conditioner • Baby travel cots, baby chairs, child seats, pushchairs (two of each) • Children's toys ( Lego, cars, soft toys etc) • Games for older ones • DVDs • Garden toys • WiFi The swimming pool in 1 m 20 cm deep. It has a hard over which means it can be used if it rains and poor weather. It is heated buy the sun directly - hot in the summer warm in spring and autumn, and cold in the winter. The outdoor jacuzzi is available all year round and heated 36 degrees all year. It has a cover and protection against any poor weather. Other things to note I have 2 lovely cats who love interacting with guests. However, the gite cannot accept animals of any sort either inside or outside. No music ( Speakers, mobile phone or radios) in the garden. Music played in the gite should not be loud and heard in the garden.
