Walk to Cal Poly and Downtown

3 blocks from Cal Poly and about a mile and a half from downtown. We are both vaccinated for COVID-19. 2 blocks from the bus route. Downstairs bedroom and bath in a 1910's home with wood floors, bright & open floor plan and a beautiful deck. We'll even share some of our wine with you! The space Enjoy your own room in this beautiful home. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom with shared common areas with the owners. If needed, a separate bed can set up in our third bedroom for an additional charge. We are registered with the City (Business License 112782) . Guest access Upstairs master bedroom/bath not available but the rest of the property is. We are very easy going and love to entertain. The back deck is huge and a wonderful place to sit and relax, wi-fi reaches there if you need to stay plugged in. We have bikes available if you want to ride around town. During your stay We will be around when you are here but we both work so we won't be in your way. We have been in San Luis over 35 years and can answer any questions you might have about the area. You’re welcome to make yourselves at home. Provided we aren’t using it ourselves, feel free use the kitchen and other areas of the property. However, if you want to go to the rear of the property, please have one of us go with you as we share the property. The second floor is our private space. Other things to note We are in the "banana belt" in San Luis Obispo so temperatures are more mild than other areas in the city. Parking on the street is by permit only so make sure we know when you are going to arrive. We generally can meet you anytime so long as we make advance arrangements.
