Within the property there is a large studio room to the front looking over the Lawnmarket, the top of the famous Royal Mile. There is a comfortable sitting area with a cosy living flame fire. There is a very well equipped kitchen with laundry facilities and a dining area for four, within this room there is a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space.
