Escape to the island for your next vacation/staycation! With a view and access to Lake Ontario, this private, multi-room studio sleeps 6: 1 queen, 1 full bed and 2 daybeds that both pull out to a king size bed, and a living room with plenty of additional space to accommodate your family. Bathroom features heated ceramic floors. The kitchenette includes multiple cooking essentials, including a fridge/freezer. A BBQ is also available. 5 minute drive to ferry dock. The space Spacious, picturesque location on Amherst Island. It has a walk-out patio off of the living room, modern bathroom, small kitchenette and large bedroom with an outstanding view of the water. There is a 160ft waterfront with a beach, fire pits, a BBQ, children's sandbox, hammock, and play structure. Guest access Parking is available on the circular driveway, and can accommodates trucks, trailers and cars. You will access the living area privately. The private access door is around the back of the property through a stone walkway. There is a gradual slope to the private access door. During your stay We are available throughout your stay and welcome your questions in person or by text messaging. Other things to note There is a quaint takeout eatery in the town of Stella just 3km away from the Airbnb, which is open May to Sept only. Purchase your car gas, food/drink, and use the instant teller (etc.) on the mainland as there is a general store and LCBO but limited selection. There is a museum/gift store, Topsy farms etc., on the island. For special events being held on the island visit Amherst Island website.
