The property’s ground floor comprises of a combined kitchen/dining/sitting room and spare shower room. An en-suite main bedroom with terrace overlooking the countryside and an en-suite twin bedroom may be accessed through a marble staircase leading to the first floor. Guest access The villa and private pool area are entirely accessible to you during your stay. Other things to note Eco-awareness As the company strives to be eco-friendly, a euro coin meter is present in every farmhouse. On average, and depending on the farmhouse size, 10-15 free units are given each day during the Summer months and 30-35 units during the Winter months. Should tenants exceed this energy limit, a cost of .30c per unit will be incurred. Environmentally cautious usage does not exceed the free units. The use of air-conditioning is charged extra as per rates indicated.
