Each apartment has independent entrance doors with electronic digital locks from the corridors. The common areas of this building are the staircase, corridors and a balcony for each floor. The apartments on first and second floors have independent and non-shareable balconies. If guest desires, the top terrace area can be used for sitting in lovely breeze.... Guests can keep the main entrance door key of the building during the stay for their convenient access. It is recommended to close always the door with keys. Each apartment is independent and suitable for a relax and freedom Other things to note There is a 24 hours security observation over the building, since it is situating adjacent to a Naval Officers Enclave, with security staffs.
