Beautiful, cosy house for 8 persons with a heated swimming pool 7x4m and relax area, 2 floors, 4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms. In a quiet area, good for children, covered terrace with large BBC. 400 m from the centre, 500 m from the sea. The space The house is located in a quite street and the entrance is not looking on that street so your relax can begin. Equipped with all things you may need, nice looking pool area, with sunbeds and a large covered terrace with sitting and eating area, with a BBQ. A lot of sun specially in the morning is beautiful. The pool is heated. Two levels of the house, makes it more comfortable and more relaxed. On the first floor you´ll find a cosy living room with TV, with a large sofa and a sitting/lunch table. Kitchen (washing dish), and bathroom (washing machine). One room with a queen size bed, with exit on the covered terrace and pool area. On the second floor you´ll find three rooms with queen size beds. Second bathroom on that floor. Each room exit on the balcony, a place were you can enjoy your morning coffee or your view. Access to 2 parking places. The cot is available with no extra charge (please announce it). Guest access During your stay we can provide you additional services with extra charges: - If you like sport we can help you with recommendations. - The dryer is not in the house but we can provide you to use it (extra charge). - Airport transfer possible to arrange with our van (extra charge). - Air conditioner (one on each flour) - included in price. - Some packages for your children - games, art, fun (extra charge - to arrange on the spot) Other things to note NOTE : - At the arrival you need to pay tax 1,5 € per person/per day
