Come stay in the first floor of this turn of the century South St Louis farmhouse. Years ago, the building was converted into two apartments. This listing is for the main floor apartment: a charming one bedroom with tons of attention to detail. We are experienced Super Hosts who work hard to make sure our spaces are lovely and thoughtful for our guests. We can’t wait to host you! The space You have the entire apartment to yourself during your stay! A parking space for a single car is out front and is included in your stay. A full eat in kitchen, large bedroom, well appointed living room, and bathroom round out the ~700 square foot space. The large front and back yard and garden are also yours to enjoy. Guest access Guests can enjoy both the main floor apartment as well as the front porch, front yard, and backyard garden. Other things to note March 2020 Note: Our homes are cleaned with disinfected between every guest. Every linen is washed thoroughly. All surfaces, walls, and floors are cleaned. Happy to host for longer stays for those seeking respite housing and/or medical professionals. And with that note... The home is located on a relatively quiet street in the city. There is occasional traffic noise. The neighbors have two large dogs that are always leashed or in their gated back yard. There are a few steps to climb to enter the home. The home is a first floor apartment. There is a completely separate upstairs apt (separate entry, separate EVERYTHING) that we also list on Airbnb, so you may hear footsteps upstairs occasionally. St Louis is an metropolitan city and we live in the heart of it. Please remove valuables from your vehicle, lock your vehicle and the home when leaving, and exercise relative caution. You might see a fully renovated home next door to a vacant home and across the street from one that's under construction...such is life in St. Louis. The patchwork of homes is diverse and many city blocks are still climbing their way out of the effects of redlining decades ago and the recession just a few years ago.
