It is a beautiful property with a heritage home just besides the sita river..The house has a unique charm with its traditional looks.We have come up with a innovative concept of letting out the entire property to just one or two families. Experience the delicious Coastal food prepared by in house cook.. A complete set kitchen is also available for self cooking. Entire private farm let out to one group or family at a time..kids pool.. outdoor play area with badminton area,dart game Guest access kids pool, badminton court,dart game,camp fire, barbecue grill Other things to note Food we have 2 options: 1.we provide a set menu for bf,lunch n dinner of village style food. 2.completly set up kitchen with stove ,fridge n utensils for self cooking at a nominal cost. Food can also be ordered from a dhaba hotel and we get it delivered. Kitchen charges for self cooking and caretaker assistance for cleaning -Rs.1800 per day. Set menu from us will be Rs 500 per head per meal. Breakfast-Rs.300 per head. Campfire set up-Rs.1500 Pets are not allowed inside the house for hygiene reasons..A separate area is allocated for the pets. Pet charges-Rs.1200 No smoking inside the house.
