Large and pretty stone family house, facing south with a terrace and a large garden. Completely renovated and equipped, it is located between land and sea close to all amenities and activities of the Gulf (Baden, Port Blanc, Vannes...) The space This large, charming farmhouse recently renovated by an architect offers large, friendly and comfortable common rooms as well as many beds. Its terrace and garden (2000 m²) sheltered from view and without neighbors are exposed to the sun all day. The house consists of two parts communicating with each other: Part 1: entrance and cloakroom, toilet, large living room with sofas, armchairs and splendid 18th century fireplace (50 m²) and overlooking the outdoor terrace. Upstairs: 3 double bedrooms including one with twin beds, toilet and 2 bathrooms (bath and shower). Part 2: large living room with sofa and armchairs, large table and fully equipped open kitchen (60 m²). This room also overlooks the outdoor terrace. Upstairs: 3 double bedrooms (one with twin beds and 2 with pull-out beds), toilet, 2 bathrooms (bath and shower). The outdoor terrace in slabs and teak has a large stone and wood table and garden furniture. Guest access All the rooms of the house are available with their linens, sheets, pillowcases and towels (€18 per person to be paid in addition) and all their household equipment. It is not possible to bring your own sheets. The kitchen offers a stove (5 burners), oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, food processor... The laundry room has a washing machine and dryer. The outdoor Jacuzzi is available to guests on request, with simple instructions for use and maintenance.
