The vintage-style double bed offers a cozy place to sleep, and the couch can be used for one person or pulled out for two guests. The modern bathroom with shower and toilet ensures an all-around pleasant stay – here you can arrive, let go and simply enjoy. Equipped for up to 4 guests: - Kitchen with living, dining and sleeping area - 1 double bed (180 * 200 cm) and 1 sofa bed (160 * 200 cm) - Bathroom with shower, vanity with illuminated mirror, toilet, one bath towel and hand towel available per guest - Flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi - Outdoor dining area, right in front of the apartment - free parking - Includes water, electricity and heating - Includes fresh bed linen and towels - Clothes drying rack on request - Laundry service on request and at extra cost - Incl. baby and toddler set (travel crib with linens on request, high chair/children's dishes and cutlery are in the kitchen) - Kettle - Including lockable bicycle shed with free bicycles Guest access Our garden invites you to relax, enjoy and unwind. Whether you want to enjoy the sun or simply enjoy nature, our garden offers versatile possibilities. Depending on the season, you can also snack on our small fruit and vegetable garden. For children, the garden is a true paradise – we have three girls ourselves and know how much joy is possible here. Bicycle lovers can safely lock their own bikes. If you do not have your own bicycles, we will gladly provide ours – including children's bicycles in various sizes and toddler bicycle seats. A laundry facility is also available, so you can make your stay particularly comfortable. Other things to note 50 euros final cleaning included in the price. Legal information for your stay: In Austria, we are obliged to collect the visitor's tax. In Mörbisch it is 4.50 euros per person per night (from 18 years) and is fully forwarded by us to the municipality. These costs will be collected on site. We also need to share your guest information with the municipality before you arrive. Bond: No deposit required.
