Apartment in Erandio, next to Bilbao and Getxo

🏠 This 69 m² apartment is on the ground floor of a two-story apartment building with a total of 6 apartments. The apartment is not located in downtown Erandio. 🚎 It has a bus stop in front that will connect you in 15 minutes with Bilbao and in another 15 minutes with Getxo (Line 3411 Bizkaibus). 🚉 A 10-minute walk away, in the center of Erandio, you have a metro stop. You'll have a loan transport card to travel more economically. The space 📍The building belongs to the history of Erandio (approx. 1920). This apartment will make you feel at home. It is located on Avenida José Luis Goioaga, 3 in Erandio. It's a ground floor. 🏭Next to the apartment there is a business that can cause noise from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. 🚧In front of the apartment there is a road that connects Erandio with the neighboring municipalities of Bilbao and Getxo. Currently the road is in works for the sorting of traffic and construction of a walk along the Ría del Nervión. 🍴 The apartment has all the necessary cooking utensils. 🛌 The two bedrooms have a door so that, in the case of attending with children, they can rest in silence. One of the bedrooms has a double bed of 150 cm and the other bedroom with two 90 cm single. It is a house that on sunny days is bright. 📏It has an approximate area of 70 m2. ✍️Check-in: For access it will be mandatory for all guests staying to complete their check-in. This process will be done online. You will receive a link that must be completed by both the reservation holder and the other guests. If check-in is not done by all people, the apartment will not be accessible. ☕️Breakfast: You will have a welcome breakfast included with the stay that includes milk, fruit, pastries, butter, among others. 🛏Bedding: Only bedding will be provided (comforter, pillow, sheets and blankets, for the number of people indicated in the reservation). Guest access Parking is free throughout the municipality of Erandio, there is no limited or paid parking. IMPORTANT! There will be construction on the road where the apartment is located to improve the promenade and build a bike path. At the moment there would be no parking in front of the apartment. 🌲To access Bilbao by car, you must check if your vehicle complies with the regulations for Low Emissions Zones. Vehicles that do not have an environmental badge will not have access to the center of Bilbao. Other things to note Towels and bedding (pillows, duvets, blankets and sheets) will only be provided for the number of guests listed on the reservation. When the reservation has been made for 1 guest only, only one bedroom will be enabled, leaving the other bedroom disabled.
