Fees collected at check-in if you’re using our parking slot: P250/day Guest access Guests can access the swimming pool and gym on the property for stays of at least 3 nights. Other things to note Guest Declaration • Accurate number of guests must be declared in the booking. A guest endorsement letter will be prepared and submitted to the building security office. • You will be asked to register at the front desk and present your ID/passport for verification. Failure to follow this protocol may delay your check-in process. Check-In & Check-Out Times • Standard Check-In: 3 PM • Standard Check-Out: 11 AM • Early Check-In: Available between 6 AM and 3 PM if there is no guest the night before. Please check with us in advance to confirm availability. • Early Morning Check-In (Before 6 AM): Book the previous night to guarantee availability. • Late Check-Out: Available until 6 PM if there is no guest arriving the same day. A fee of P1,000 applies for check-outs between 11 AM and 6 PM. For check-outs after 6 PM, an additional night’s booking is required. Unit Access • The key is accessed from the lock box on the door. I recommend leaving the key each time you step out to avoid misplacing it. • Upon entry, light switches are on the right. The electric panel box is behind the door. • Upon checkout, please just leave the beddings on the bed. Appliance & Utility Use • The aircon is controlled from the small white remote holder on the sofa-side table. Please do not press the controls with your nails or a sharp object. Use the pad of your fingers and press firmly. Keep the remote on the same table at all times as its small size is prone to misplacement. Aircon may also be controlled from the aircon main panel. • The water heater in the bathroom is multi-point type and controlled by the water pressure. More water pressure, less hot water. If the water pressure is too low, it will not trigger the hot water switch. There’s hot water in the shower and lavatory. • The landline is only for local calls. No long-distance or mobile calls, or else it will be charged against your security deposit. • Please turn off the aircon and all appliances when you leave the unit. House Rules & Maintenance • Please hang your towels and do not use them as floor mats or for cleaning the floors. We provide a bath mat in the bathroom. • Heavy cooking is not allowed to preserve the cleanliness and odor-free condition of our unit. Only light meals may be prepared in the kitchen. • Please refrain from having a massage with oils on the bed or couch as the oils may damage beddings and sofa fabric. Home hair coloring is also not allowed in the unit. The building has a spa room near the gym for guest use. Just ask the guards how to reserve it. • Please always abide by the building rules and regulations. Keep noise down after 8 PM and respect your neighbors’ privacy. Cleanliness & Pest Control • Please do not leave open food on the counters to prevent household pests in our unit. Always keep food inside the refrigerator or properly stored in containers. • Proper disposal of trash is a must. Keep trash in sealed bags and dispose of it in our garbage bins located on the basement level. Never leave your garbage outside the door in the corridor, or you will be fined by the building admin. • Cleaning implements are kept under the kitchen sink. • Please note that our property is located in a tropical environment where pests, like cockroaches, can occasionally appear despite our monthly professional pest control services. We take cleanliness seriously and have regular treatments to ensure a comfortable stay. Additional Information • There are hangers behind the bathroom door, in the utility nook. You can use this area to dry your clothes. Please avoid hanging clothes on the balcony as you will get fined by the building admin. • Long Stays: Long stays (1 month plus) are accepted but please note our fair use policy for utilities. Electricity over P5,000/month and water over P1,000/month will be charged to the guest. • Gym & Pool Access: Gym and pool access is available for guests staying at least 3 nights. Enjoy your stay!
