Our newly renovated 2-storey villa is in Mordoğan, one of the first places that come to mind when considering a calm, peaceful family vacation. You are at the right address for a peaceful seaside vacation. The space Our house has been completely renovated and is located in Kütlücek, close to the marina in Mordoğan, Karaburun, IZMIR. It is 50 m from the sea. You can go down to the beach directly from the garden. It is in a quiet location in terms of settlement. Loud noises are not allowed to disturb the neighbors. There are 3 bedrooms available on the upper floor, which can accommodate a total of 6 people. There are two single beds in two rooms and a double bed in one room. Each room has a wardrobe. There is air conditioning in the room with a double bed, and a standing fan in the other rooms. There is a toilet on the upper floor and a bathroom and toilet on the lower floor. There is always hot water and a hairdryer. There is an open kitchen, TV room and sitting area on the ground floor. There is a spacious and stylish kitchen area. There is a refrigerator, mini oven, stove, hood, dishwasher, kettle and enough plates, glasses, forks, spoons, etc. in the kitchen. There is a satellite TV and air conditioning in the living room. Internet service is currently unavailable due to insufficient ports. It would be appropriate for our guests to be prepared for this situation. Washing machine, iron and vacuum cleaner are provided for long stays. Curtains, shutters and mosquito nets are available on all windows of the house. There is a lawn garden and a large balcony with partial sea views in front of the house. There is a dining set consisting of a table and 6 chairs on the balcony. There is no other sofa set/seating group on the balcony. The dining set can be moved to the garden and used there if desired. There is also a barbecue in the garden. Our house has bed sheets, quilts, pillows and pillowcases and hand-face towels. Those who request bath towels and blankets must provide them themselves. Food-related activities are carried out by our guests themselves. Food and daily cleaning supplies must be provided by our guests.
