Welcome to my apartment. Located in the heart of Barcelona in the Eixample district. Not only is it the most iconic district in Barcelona, it’s also the most diverse in terms of shopping, restaurants and nightlife. AirBNB provided me the opportunity to make extra income from my spare room, enabling me to cover some of my expenses for the month. For this reason, I am taking 10%-20% of all my monthly earnings from AirBNB and personally donating it to struggling families in Afghanistan. The space Enjoy your stay with your own fully equipped, private living room and bedroom, with all the essentials that you will need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. If anything is not working i'm at your full disposal to accommodate your needs. It's one BIG space with a big bed (140x200), big desk, shared bathroom - equipped with hairdryer, soap, toilet paper... Your own private living room with a brand new big sofa bed (140x200) and full equipped kitchen with cooking facilities, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender. Gas heating and Aircon ensures a pleasant stay. There is a washing machine free to use, and it's possible to hang the clothes on the balcony in my room. The apartment is CENTRAL and very well located. All Barcelona highlights are easily and quickly reachable. It is very WELL connected with several very close METRO stations and all key metro lines around, BUS stops and main TRAIN station (Paseo de Gracia). Samples of walking distances: Metro station "Girona"- 1 minute Metro station "Paseo de Gracia"- 5 minutes Sagrada Familia - 20 minutes Paseo de Gracia - 10 minutes Plaza Cataluña - 10 minutes If you arrive by plane, train or bus; the apartment is easily reachable from all their main city stops/stations. The airport bus stop, main train station and main bus station are in walking distance. Super Fast WiFi provided Clean towels and sheets (no iron) are included in the price. We will be sharing the bathroom, and kitchen. During your stay I'm like a chameleon. A social butterfly around some, and a calm and quiet person around others. I like to resonate the same energy as the person I am around, to ensure they are comfortable and happy. Other things to note I work on the weekdays, and I am out most weekends exploring the city and hanging out with friends. For this reason, if you arrive on a weekday, please be flexible with me when checking in to the flat incase I have an important meeting at work.
