1 km from a beautiful swimming hole in the Nymboida River is a straw bale cottage nestled amongst towering blue gums. It has a king size bed, kitchenette attached bathroom, carport and barbecue area. Perfect for a travellers or a couple who just want to get away for the weekend. Very quiet with abundant wildlife. The space The cottage is constructed from Straw Bales and is cool in summer and can easily be warmed in winter with the reverse cycle air conditioning. Bay window space east to catch the rising Sun and the stars at night. All windows and doors are equipped with electric shutters. Attached is a rustic bathroom fully equipped with a cast iron bath sitting on Tallawood decking. Guest access The cottage is located down a short driveway. The Nymboida River is only a kilometre away and can be accessed by many walking tracks or a short drive. There is a beautiful swimming hole on the river.
