A beautiful family Summer home near Lake Ontario and Fair Haven Beach State Park. Great for large groups. The space Summerhill is a quiet cottage that has been loved by our family for five generations. It is not fancy or state of the art in any sense but it is clean and comfortable and is here for your family to make new memories together. The view of Little Sodus Bay and Lake Ontario is the backdrop to playful lawn games during the day with sunsets and quiet campfires at days end. The house has equipped kitchens and full baths on both levels. Both levels have bedrooms and extra sleeping areas. The upper (entry) level also has two large porches and a living room. There are adult and children’s bikes in the shed. The State Park beach is a one mile walk or a 10 minute bike ride from our door. The Park entrance for cars is .03 miles away. Colloca Estate Winery is a short drive just around the bay. Chimney Bluffs is a great place to hike and see stunning views of Lake Ontario. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the house except for the attic. Other things to note There are many bicycles available for use during your stay. This is convenient for travel to the beach and to town. There is an indoor shower in the first floor and basement bathrooms.
