We are very happy to share part of our house as a homestay for visitors to Hanoi. We would like to dedicate the space to our lovely friends with the thinking "My house is Your house" so that they will remember it as part of their journey. Our home is designed with a mixture of modern and minimalist style, and situated in the military street in the center of Hanoi. So living here is simple, convenient, and secure. We look forward to greeting very first guests and serving them at our best. The space SPACE - Location: Our house is located in the centre area of Hanoi, just 10 minutes walk to Sword Lake. - Spacious and fully-furnished apartment, including: one bedroom (35 square meters) with city-view, private bathroom, rooftop shared kitchen and dining room. - Atmosphere: peaceful and quiet residential. Located on the 8th floor, the room is separated from the street, people and vehicles on the ground, but yet you still have a full view of movements of daily life below. AMENITIES - 1 king-sized bed with spring mattress - High-speed Internet with Wifi mesh technology for stable connection - 40" smart TV with a lot of local and international channels - Hair dryer, slippers, towels, shampoo, bath gel, and kettle. Iron is available upon requested. - Complimentary water, tea, and coffee - A washing machine is on the top floor. Free detergent is provided. - Shared rooftop kitchen and dining room with all basic kitchen wares for your cooking - Safe and secure (outer door lock at night and security guard at entrance in the day-time) SERVICES - We are willing to arrange airport pick-up and delivery at good price. - Tour arrangement: We are happy to help you arrange tours to different points of interest in Hanoi and near-by places. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the kitchen and washing machine on the 9th floor. Please kindly clean up everything after use. During your stay Although running a homestay is our side business, making new friends is more important to us.
