The loft is part of a complex of 63 apartments. Located in the Semillero Purísima building on the 5th floor of the commercial area, opposite Plaza de la Purísima. You arrive walking to the CAS. In the same plaza there is laundry on floor 1 with self service and custom service. Restaurants, pilates, a greengrocer, a barber shop and a 7-Eleven. We also offer free parking. * We do not have a pool or gym. No pets allowed *Book 4 nights, and we'll give you 1 free breakfast for 1 person. The space Lofts with basic equipment and included in a mixed-use building in front of Plaza de La Purísima in the heart of Monterrey. It has spacious air-conditioned common areas where you can have a coffee, have a pleasant reading moment, have work meetings in private rooms or simply have a friendly chat with friends or family.
