My place is close to Smales Farm, North Shore Hospital, Milford Village and the beach, and restaurants and dining. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Bookings only from personal guests themselves. No agents please. Kindly ensure that your profile picture is of yourself . You may be asked to provide current and valid proof of identity such as passport and/or drivers license. Please refer to house rules. Thank you. During your stay I am a professional who works from home at times and am reasonably flexible with my time, hence am available to chat with guests and suggest places of interest in our wonderful city and its environs. I am also a foodie and love to eat out at various restaurants and am very happy to take out my guests to dine. Other things to note Please note house rules. Thanks. Check in is 3.00PM. Slightly earlier check in ( by an hour or two), subject to room being available and ready is acceptable provided there is clear communication. If guests require an even earlier check in, I suggest booking in from the previous day to ensure that the room is ready and available. Check out is 10.00 am. Once again, if guests require a later check out, I suggest extending the booking by a day, to enable appropriate cleaning.
