Lovely waterfront, 3BR, 3 BA Marco Island pool home. Just 0.5 miles from the famed Marco Island beach, plus walkable to shopping, movie theater, mini golf, art center, and restaurants. Open concept living and dining area, large kitchen, work area with desk, WIFI, printer, cable, television in each bedroom plus one in the common area, covered front porch. In the backyard enjoy a large screened in lanai with canal views, 23 foot heated pool + jetted spa. The space Our 3 bedroom home is perfect for families looking for a relaxing waterfront vacation that is within walking distance to shops and the beach. Enjoy our sea kayaks, bicycles, private pool, jetted spa, and beach supplies. With family comfort and safety in mind, we offer bike helmets, life jackets, a pack and play, high chair, plug covers, and a pool safety railing. You will have access to the entire home. We are in a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours after 10 pm are enforced and the island, so please be respectful of local ordinances and our neighbors. Marco Island is approximately one hour south of Fort Myers Regional Airport. Rental Cars companies and Taxi Service are available at the airport. Once on the island, Marco is easy to navigate by car. Marco is also walker and bicycle friendly. Uber is available on the island. Marco Island Basic Rules: We hope you have a wonderful time on Marco Island. We ask that you be mindful of the neighbors around you. While you are on vacation, they are full time residents, and not on vacation with you. Marco Island has a strict noise ordinance which is in place 24 hours a day. Should the police go out to the property you are renting and a noise violation is issued, it will be your responsibility to pay it. Fines start at 250.00 and rise to 500.00 for a second violation. Eviction for repeated noise violations can occur. Parking is limited passenger cars and trucks only and to the driveway and garage (if available). There is no street, ditch or yard parking! RVs, boats, boat trailers and trailers of any kind are prohibited in driveways overnight by City ordinance. No vehicle or trailer can block a sidewalk or extend into the street. Police will ticket for these offenses. Off premise RV, boat and trailer parking can be found on island at Marco Self Storage or Extra Space Storage and elsewhere on and off island. Please make arrangements accordingly. By City ordinance, trash cans can't be put out to curb before 6 pm on Sundays and Wednesdays for Monday and Thursday morning pick up. Guests are responsible to follow these ordinances and all City ordinances not listed here and are responsible for any associated tickets of fines imposed by the City or Manager. Following your booking you will receive a Vacation Rental Agreement and other documentation that requires your electronic signature to receive Check-In Instructions containing the property access code. You must be 25 years of age to rent this property and may need to show proof with valid driver’s license or other ID. If determined you are not 25 years of age or failure to produce valid ID showing your age to be 25 or older, we have the right to cancel your reservation with no penalties. We may seek damages for failure to abide by this House Rule when booking a reservation. No pets allowed.
