La Bud Bud Room – Room 700 m from the sea/5 m from Vélodysée

In a wooden house, located in the heart of the Longeville forest between the Bud spots (access 16) and "Casse de la Reine" (access 17), I offer a room composed of a double bed 140×190. The bedding is of excellent quality and the mattress is very comfortable. During your stay, you will have the opportunity to use a non-private bathroom with a shower and sink. It is accessible from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. due to its location in the host's room. The space The house is entirely made of wood and has a terrace that is both sunny and enjoys the shade of the pine forest. The accommodation is quiet, you can hear the sound of the waves in the evening and the birds when you wake up. The house has 6 bedrooms, three of which are offered for Airbnb rental. Breakfasts are lively and friendly. Guest access You have access to a private bedroom upstairs and a bathroom (on the same floor) shared with hosts and other guests. The bathroom is located in a room occupied by the host and can be used between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. There is a second bathroom on the ground floor for access to the sink outside these hours. The toilet is on the ground floor. The outdoor spaces (garden, hammock, swimming pool) are accessible to you. The kitchen equipped with hotplates, oven and a large fridge dedicated to guests can be used for an extra €5. Extra charge: - Continental breakfast (one soft-boiled egg, one yogurt, one pressed orange, one hot drink, bread, butter, jams) from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. (on request, to be indicated when booking): €8/person/day - An extra bed for a third person on a single bed with mattress for €20 - Kitchen access During your stay Working from home mainly, sometimes on business trips, I will be present at the accommodation and rather available if you need information during your stay. In case of absence, an independent arrival is possible or a friend will welcome you in my place. Other things to note I also provide: baby bed, changing table in bathroom, baby bath, baby deckchair, bath thermometer, baby bath accessories... Reminder: Upstairs bedroom.
