Small studio located below our house. 3km from Lac du Bourget, Hautecombe Abbey and 10km from Chanaz. You can enjoy the beautiful views and tranquility of the countryside. Accommodation ~35m2 and a private terrace. A kitchen, a shower room, 1 bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. Finnish bath at extra cost, privatized evening or day. Check with us and depending on our availability. The space - Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe -Lounge, sofa bed -WIFI - Dolce Gusto coffee maker (some capsules for the coffee maker are provided for the start of your stay) - Exterior plancha - Dishwasher. - Linens and towels provided - Raclette and fondue set provided - Condiments not provided except salt and pepper - Petanque court shared with us and other tenants - Unheated Finnish bath with free access, hot €20 per person, €10 per person each warm-up requested. The Finnish bath is not heated from June to early September. Guest access Large free parking a little further up from the property. Other things to note The Finnish bath is not a jacuzzi. On this one there is no turmoil. It is a wood-heated bath at 37-38°C. We just ask to give us advance notice to warm it up to you. During the winter months, it takes 6 to 7 hours to heat up. It requires a lot of wood so it is not constantly heating. For the rental, it is €20 per person and €10 per person each heater requested during your stay. We'll take care of heating it up for you. The Finnish bath is not heated from June to early September but remains in free access. Check with us and depending on our availability as we work weekdays. - Petanque court on independent land. Access to all of us including us! Petanque balls provided (inventory list) - The nearest amenities will be in Yenne (Carrefour Market, gas station, bakery, etc.) - No bicycle room available
