Fantastic beachfront holiday studio in the magnificent center of Sottomarina, with a view of the promenade, a 2-minute walk from the beach. The accommodation on the second floor (no elevator) consists of: a spacious room with a double bed, a kitchenette equipped with everything you need to be able to cook, and a bathroom with a window and a shower. Small terrace from which you can see the sea and the beach. Other things to note We do not offer parking included in the booking, but we have an agreement with the parking lot in front of the residence, and we can provide you with a pass to access it for €10 per day. This service is mandatory. The accommodation tax is not included in the price and must be paid separately upon arrival, as required by the Municipality of Chioggia.
