Self-contained Garden Cottage nestled in the South Downs National Park. Cosy,clean & comfortable with on-site parking, wifi, microwave, air fryer, mini fridge,patio terrace with a coal BBQ & outside seating. Sited within the grounds of our family home built in 1870 & overlooking our garden. Overglen cottage lies just off the South Downs Way & Serpents Trail giving easy access to Chichester, Portsmouth, Winchester,Guildford & Goodwood. A perfect location to walk, cycle or visit a country pub. The space It is small but all yours to relax, watch tv, work, sleep or sit on the terrace and enjoy the view of the garden and (hopefully) sunshine. Guest access The garden cottage and terrace are for your sole use. The garden is not part of the listing but we welcome dogs on leads to use it for toilet needs 😀 Other things to note Dogs: We love dogs but do ask they keep their paws on the floors ,not on the bed and that you clean up any dog mess.Unfortunately as we have rabbits and a nervous dog, we can’t allow other dogs to run loose in the garden.
