Villa with pool and mountain views

Enjoy the Sierra de Madrid in our beautiful stone house surrounded by greenery. You'll wake up every morning to an incredible garden with fruit trees and flowers, and you can have breakfast on a large terrace overlooking the mountain. Details such as the spiral staircase or the stone arches make our house a special and different place. The pool is super refreshing during these months and has night lighting so you can enjoy a swim under the stars. The space It has 4 bedrooms, 3 on the top floor and one on the bottom floor. One of the beds is a double bed and the rest are single beds, one of which is a bunk bed, with space for a total of 9 occupants. It has 2 bathrooms with a bathtub on the upper floor and a bathroom with a shower on the lower floor. The master bedroom with a double bed is en-suite. The house has two living rooms, the one upstairs is a very cozy space with a fireplace and opens to a terrace with spectacular mountain views. This connects with the dining room and the kitchen with an American bar. Downstairs there is another living room that also opens onto the porch and garden. As well as a wine cellar. Both the terrace and the porch have furniture and there is a swimming pool with a gazebo as well as a barbecue. The plot is fully landscaped. The garden has different flowers such as roses, hydrangeas and camellias, fruit trees such as almond, olive and pomegranate and also exotic species such as bamboos. In addition to having preserved the endemic species of the area, pine trees, holm oaks, rosemary... The house also has a swimming pool that is open in the summer season, that is, from June to September. It will also open in May if the weather permits. Guest access We have everything you need for short or long stays. The kitchen is fully stocked and has basic food. High-speed WiFi (see the screenshot of Speedtest results in our gallery). Smart TV Other things to note For stays longer than a week, don't hesitate to contact us. Outside of high season we can offer a discount. Barbecues will not be allowed during the entire fire season that begins in June and ends on October 15 by municipal regulations. We have an electric grill that can be used during these months as an alternative to the charcoal barbecue. The pool is only open in the summer season, from June to September. We will also open it in May if the temperature permits. It is advisable to bring a vehicle as the property is a few minutes drive from basic services. We have a gardener who takes care of the garden's maintenance. You may see him working during your stay.
