Our place is close to restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transport. You’ll love our place because of the location, the ambiance, and the outdoors space. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). 425 275 2830. NOTE* The Security Deposit will only be charged if something gets damaged during your stay. The space This home was built in 1914 but you'd never know it! When we realized that it didn't have a foundation, we decided to lift it up and put in a basement underneath the home! So the basement is it's own 2-bedroom, rentable unit with a complete kitchen and it's own laundry machines! We did this renovation in 2016. So everything but the subfloor on the two upper levels is new! The Large Master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet and a DEEP soaker stand-alone tub in the middle of the room! (Plus a shower). You could bring in air mattresses and put them up in the living area on the main floor if you have more than 6 people coming for just $20 extra per person. We don't provide those mattress or bedding though. Just an option if you need more beds. (There is also space in the Master for air mattresses on the floor.) The 2nd bedroom is smaller than the Master Suite, but is very nice. Both bedroom doors have electronic door code locks so your space will remain private for your entire stay. The Main Living area is spacious and modern with plenty of seating at the table, bar, desks, and living room. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa for 2 guests to sleep in. We decorate with a beauriful Christmas Tree etc. for the Holidays too! Guest access We will provide you with a door code that is specially created for your stay when it gets closer to your arrival. It will only work for your stay, so keep it private. :) This home is located near Tieton and there is a bus that stops near the end of the street if you are using public transit. Otherwise, there is plenty of room for parking on the driveway (for both units). An RV or two will even fit! Other things to note The cleaning fee is mandatory for every stay since we have to have a cleaner come in after each guest, but you'll know that the place is clean when you get there! The longer your stay, the more "worth it" the fee feels as it spreads the cost over the length of your stay. If we lived closer maybe we could reduce that fee, but it's just not an option at this point.
