Tiuccia Large Studio for a Peaceful Stay

Welcome to Tiuccia, our little corner of paradise. The studio is adjacent to our main residence which is located on a wooded and flowery plot in a quiet neighbourhood. The space In the studio you will find a fully equipped kitchen with the addition of a washing machine, bar table with stools. The large bedroom is en-suite with a magnificent bathroom (walk-in shower) opened into the bedroom. In the bedroom is a double bed, a working space, and a smart TV with fast Wifi (Netflix account). Outside you will find enjoy a 60m² private garden. Bed sheets, bath towels, beach towels and tea towels are available in the studio. We do not charge cleaning fees but we expect the studio to be left clean and tidy. Cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner are at your disposal. Guest access The studio is completely independent from our main residence so you have the exclusive access to it. The property is located in a residential area, a 5 mins walk from the local beach and restaurants. You can park your car on the property, next to the studio. The property is fenced and has a gate with a lock. Other things to note The local beach, a small family friendly beach, is located only a 10 mins walk from pour property and by car you will quickly be on the beautiful beaches of La Liscia, le Liamone and Sagone. The West region of Corsica offers plenty of hikes with breathtaking landscapes: lac de Creno, calanques de Piana, gorge de la Spelunca, forêt d'Aitone.
