Graystone Guesthouse in Las Vegas (31 Day Min)

This is a great place for a more extended stay if you wish to be off the strip and have privacy. Our detached guest house is approx. 740 sq. ft. with an UPSTAIRS loft-style bedroom with a king-size bed. A private entrance with keyless door locks allows you to come and go as you please. You have a modern-style small kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, smart oven, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and kettle. There is a private bathroom with a shower. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND ON THE PROPERTY. The space The space is set up for a maximum of 2 guests. The detached guest house is newly renovated. Everything is new and you have access to all areas including the storage closet. The bedroom is located up a flight of stairs and is in a loft-style configuration that is open to the downstairs area. There are 2 mini-split air conditioners(one on each floor) can also work as heaters in the winter. Bedroom: The loft-style bedroom is located upstairs. A new king-size memory foam mattress with a 400 thread count and 100% cotton sheets. A 6-drawer dresser and small closet are located upstairs along with a desk and stereo. The desk power plugs have USB chargers built into them. There is another 55" UHD TV with Netflix, Hulu, and local over-the-air stations on the wall. Downstairs: There is a 55-inch UHDTV with Netflix, Hulu, a few other streaming channels, and a few local over-the-air stations. There is a sofa bed for relaxing while watching TV or it can be used as a queen-size bed. There is a small kitchen table for working or eating. The power plug next to the table has USB chargers built-in for charging your phone or tablet. Kitchen: There is a small modern kitchen with a full-size fridge. There is a Keurig coffee maker with some starter Starbucks coffee and various breakfast/granola bars for breakfast to get you started. There is a Breville smart oven for your oven and toasting needs. A 1800w double burner induction cooktop is available for cooking eggs, etc (We include one pot with a lid and 1 frying pan). There is also a microwave and an electric kettle for boiling water. (Only 2 items can be used at the same time due to circuit load.) If you need something specific for the kitchen, let us know and we most likely can get it for you. There are plates, cups, flatware, and accessories. There is no dishwasher. Bathroom: There is a full bathroom with a standing shower with rain style showerhead. We provide clean towels, soap, shampoo, etc. There is a hairdryer if needed. There is a 30-gallon water heater dedicated just for the guesthouse so you should be able to get up to 3, 10-minute showers per hour. No Smoking of any kind on the property (No Vape, No Marijuana, No Cigarettes/cigars/pipes etc), ** If you smoke in the guesthouse there will be a $250 cleaning fee. Guest access There is plenty of street parking if you have a car. You have a separate street entrance with keyless entry. We have good WiFi internet for browsing online. You have access to everything in the guesthouse except for the locked storage under the stairs. If you need anything, please ask us and we’ll do our best to help you. Other things to note Very close to St. Rose Dominican Hospital, Siena Campus. ***We are unable to accept packages for Amazon or US Mail for short-term guests. There is an Amazon locker less than 1/2 mile from the guesthouse that we recommend you use. Las Vegas has some of the best entertainment and restaurants in the country. We also have some great outdoor hiking(Red Rocks and Valley of Fire) and even skiing during the winter. We are close to lakes, deserts, and mountains. If you are looking for something to do, we have a vast assortment of activities available to you.
