This is a home that we have split into two completely separate and private apartments. It is a cozy space in the heart of urban Jackson right behind Redeemer Church who loves on it so well. It’s only a few miles away from everything there is to do in Jackson and surrounding cities. The neighborhood is slowly but surely up and coming, where countless people love and invest into the community. Its not the prettiest neighborhood but we love it! The space is completely remodeled with brand new paint in every room and more remodeling is still being done to the exterior. A full kitchen, private bath, dining and den with smart tv are available. There is also a pull out sofa and pack and play for any babies staying with us. You are able to access your side of the house completely and the front area under the arbor if desired. We do use the back and basement of the house for a work space so the driveway will need to remain clear during work ours for our workers to access. The neighborhood is older, it was built during the WWII era for people coming home and starting families. It is not the nicest neighborhood in North Jackson but it is a good neighborhood with lots of work being done constantly on houses. We love the neighbors and neighborhood around us. There are pot holes in even the nicest areas of Jackson but drive slowly and be prepared to swerve around the potholes... we are definitely the pot hole center of the south unfortunately. Please do not block the driveway and be aware of noise that can happen during the day as workers gather tools they need to go about there day.
