The space The space is a 5th floor walkup, no-elevator building. 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living area, bathroom, closets. The host lives in 3rd bedroom upstairs (this bedroom is not included and is locked during stay) there are 2 bedrooms on main floor of apartment. Minimal to zero interaction with host. Midtown West aka Hell's Kitchen is one of Manhattan's nicest centrally located charming neighborhoods. 9th Avenue is lined with restaurants, grocery stores, bars, nightlife, laundry, deli's, etc. Close to subways, buses and taxis, all readily available. You will have access to the bathroom, living room and kitchen. Laundry machines are available (coin operated) in the basement of building. The host lives in a bedroom upstairs, which has a separate entrance and bathroom. Depending on the time frame of your stay there will be minimal to no interaction with the host. Please inquire with your specific dates, as host travels frequently. Hell's Kitchen is one of the hottest neighborhoods in Manhattan, just 2 blocks west of Times Square and all the Broadway Theaters. 9th Avenue is lined with restaurants, bars and plenty of amenities. There is a small park for children across the street. And just a few blocks West and you are at the gorgeous Hudson River, with biking / running trail. Central Park is also within walking distance (15 minute walk) The A subway train is at 44th Street and 8th Avenue. The C and E subway train is at 50th Street and 8th Avenue. 1 train, NRQ trains and many others are available at 49th Street or in Times Square (8 minute walk). Bus lines are along 10th avenue and 9th Avenue. Cabs are easy to hail right outside the apartment at anytime. Guest access You will have access to the bathroom, living room and kitchen.
