Fantastic hiking opportunities to the water in Bergsfjorden and to the mountains in the Senja Mountains. You can walk or ski directly from the house's exit door to Husfjellet. Guest access Full access to the 1st and 2nd floors of the main house, with the exception of one bedroom on the 1st floor. The outhouse and basement in the main house are initially not available to the tenant. Basement available only if you are 9 or 10 guests, and use bedrooms in basement apartment. Annex can be available as a separate rental item during the summer months if you are many guests. Free parking at premises. Electric car charger 32A, NOK 3,- per kWt. Sauna available at additional cost. One time use NOK 350 (minimum price). For several days use on a longer stay, ask for offer. The sauna is on a trailer, on wheels, and will be placed in different spots on the property from season to season. Snowshoes and hiking poles available at additional cost. NOK 150 per set per day. The main house's 1st and 2nd floor, as well as the annex (Lillestua) were completed in the spring of 2021. The basement in the main house in 2022.
