Nice quiet cabin in the woods just 5 min. from downtown Berkeley Springs. One bedroom with 2 twin beds, a fold out queen futon with mattress topper (LR), full bath, fridge, kitchen with microwave, Mr. Coffee, fresh coffee, gas stove top, new fryer oven, utensils, great area with dining table. Cable TV, WiFi, electric fireplace,Bluetooth stereo, and many board games. Hiking trails from your doorstep. A large deck with table and chairs, fire pit with grill, wood-fired pizza oven, and a hammock. The space This is a guest house on a 2.25 acre wooded lot. The water that runs out of the tap here is the same water that is bottled and sold from the famous Berkeley Springs. You'll be showering in and drinking the healing water people pay for at stores and spas! The main residence is about 70 ft. away. There is a hiking trail that goes down to Sir John's Run, a small stream that flows north to join the Potomac. There is a picnic backpack you can take down to the stream for private picnics. Guests are welcome to use the hammock by the turtle fountain or practice-putt on the frisbee golf hole. There is a small table and four chairs out on the porch for morning coffee or happy hour. There’s also a fire pit/grill, a wood-fired pizza oven, and two camp chairs for more outdoor fun. The cabin is surrounded by trees, and is very quiet, but only 3-5 minutes from downtown. Guest access You will have access to the entire cabin above the garage, private porch, and access to a hiking trail that leads to a nice stream. Other things to note There is a $10 pet fee per night for each dog. Well behaved dogs only, I’m allergic to cats, so no cats allowed. Just count your dog as third guest.
