In a period building, the apartment has been fully renovated and offers you quality services (bedding and new equipment). It is located on a quiet street, next to the town hall, between the market and the old port (200 m). The apartment is a perfect cocoon for a great stay for families or groups of friends. The space The apartment is equipped with TV and Internet. Linens are fully provided. The apartment is on the second floor with elevator. The accommodation includes: - A living room with sitting area, dining table for 4 people and kitchen. - The kitchen benefits from new household appliances and is fully equipped with induction cooktops, microwave, rotating heat oven, refrigerator-freezer, and all cooking utensils. - In the master bedroom, two 90*200 cm beds with a large storage closet and an adjacent bathroom-shower - Separate toilet in the entrance hall. Other things to note If you come by car: The accommodation is located on Rue des Augustins, in the city center, in the "Coeur de ville apaisée" sector. This street is no longer accessible by car. You should know that car access is difficult in the city, especially in high season. The port and many streets in the city center are reserved for pedestrians. Parking lots: The nearest parking is "Verdun" and is located less than a 5-minute walk away. It is covered, secure and paid. Rates are available on the internet. Parking is available at the "esplanade" car park within 10 minutes' walk and includes a free but very popular part in high season. Free relay parking lots are now set up by the city outside the city center and allow you to take a bus to access the center. They are available on the internet. Parking is also available on the streets adjacent to the property but parking is limited in duration. On Sundays and public holidays, parking is free on the streets of La Rochelle.
