Cabin 1 is located on a 375 acre private pine and birch tree compound. A small pond and stream are the foreground to amazing sunsets which you can enjoy from your own porch which faces the western sky. In the evening, you will see spectacular skies with no light pollution to enjoy the starry lights above. Inside you'll find amenities such as smart tv, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, dinnerware, bathroom and, of course, heat. All bed linens and towels also included. As you enter our driveway off Maine 6/16, you will be treated to a 1.2 mile driveway winding its way through to the main lodge and 5 cabins. There are trails to navigate or just relax and take in the beauty of middle Maine. Bring your snowmobiles in the winter months and enjoy the riding off ITS 83 located 300 yards from your cabin. Nearby attractions within 1 hours driving time include Baxter State Park, Moosehead Lake region, Bangor casino, Katahdin Iron Works, and Gulf of Hagas, Peaks Keney State Park only 14 miles away, Foxcroft Golf Course, trail walking and just a calm quiet space to recharge.
