You will be accommodated in a warm and friendly environment with a lush garden and sea views. The 120sq.m. of the house includes 2 bedrooms, 1 spacious living room with fireplace (extra charge-20€), and dining room, kitchen, balcony and bathroom. It is located just 200m from the beach of N. Anchialos. There you will find cafes, restaurants and the famous tsipouradika of Volos where you will taste fine traditional appetizers. It is an ideal solution for 6 adults or 5 adults with 2 children. The space The apartment is located at the top floor of the house. In the first bedroom there is a large double bed with a new mattress and top,a spacious wardrobe, TV and fan. The second room also has a double bed with a new mattress and topper, a dresser, TV, fan and small balcony. In the living room there is a large TV (smart tv), a sofa that makes a comfortable double bed, a corner couch that can sleep one person, and an extra sofa that could sleep a child as 12 years old. In the same space as the living room is the kitchen, which is fully organized and functional. It has all necessary items such as plates , glasses , cutlery , auxiliary tools , cooking utensils, a stove and a refrigerator, as well as small appliances such as a toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc. There is also a dining table for 6 people and a comfortable armchair by the fireplace. In the bathroom there is a new washing machine and shower. The space has an air-condition in every room of the house and in the living room for cooling and heating, natural gas (plenty of hot water) and a solar water heater. Parking available that fits 3-4 cars. Guest access All guests have access to the garden, the parking lot and a common entrance. Mattresses and sofas are cleaned with both the steam cleaner and a special vacuum cleaner for germs and mites.
