All our rooms are located in Venice in the historic center, the ideal starting point that will allow you to discover the Venice of the real Venetians: the Castello district. The rooms are located in various buildings. During your stay During the stay, guests can access any time for maximum comfort. If you'd like to arrive after 7.30 pm arranging, in advance, the self check-in option CHECK-IN: Check-in with our staff is available from 15.30 until 19.30. You can arrive later than 19.30, organizing in advance your check in independently (self check in must be organized in advance with our staff). CHECK OUT: You should leave the accommodation before 10.30 in the morning. In our office there is a luggage deposit available on payment (6 euros each piece of luggage). The extra cost for each additional guest is € 35 per night plus the tourist tax. The price for infants and children up to 2 years old is € 30 per night. This amount must be paid to the property if not already included in the reservation made on Airbnb. It is not allowed to receive visits/guests unrelated to the reservation. It is not allowed to make loud noises after 9.00 pm and before 9.00 am. Parties are not allowed. All our accommodations are strictly non smoking. Our apartments and rooms are offered as simple temporary rentals with no service provided, as by Italian law (art. 27bis della L.R. Veneto 11/2013). According to this, it not possible to provide to our guests: cleaning service during the stay (only before and after), linens change, breakfast or other type of services typical of the hotels.
