Welcome to our home! Our apartment is located in Jazz 1 with beautiful views overlooking the park, directly on top of Vivacity Megamall. We can comfortably host up to 7 people in this unit, be it couples, for family vacations or a business trip. Jazz Suites is located close to: airport (5 km), Borneo Medical Centre (2km), City centre (5km), Swinburne University (2km), and Unimas (10km). ***We have other units in this building. Let us know if you need units close to each other for big groups. The space The apartment has the following amenities: All rooms come with air conditioning. Bedroom 1 – This is the master bedroom which comes with two queen sized beds, its own bathroom and a closet. The room comes with all essentials (pillows, blankets, mirror, hair dryer). Bedroom 2 – This is the second bedroom which comes with TWO single beds, which can be joined together or separated. An extra floor mattress is available, upon request. Please request BEFORE your check in date so we can prepare it for you. Bedroom 3 - This is a cosy bedroom, which comes with a single bed. Bathroom – We provide water heater, towels, shampoo, body shampoo, hand soap, and toilet paper for your convenience. Kitchen – Refrigerator, pots and pans for LIGHT cooking only(we have an electric stove), serving utensils, cups, a microwave, kettle, and child friendly utensils. Living area – Flat screen TV, unlimited hi-speed WiFi, and a TV box with hundreds of channels. NOTICE Level R - Jogging Track, Children’s Pool, Children Playground, Sauna, Steam Room, TV Room and Library ****Please note: All Airbnb guests are not allowed to use the pool and gym facilities due to new management rules. This applies to all units at Jazz Suites, Vivacity. Level G - Shopping Mall Level R - Rubbish bin centre We provide ONE (1) private parking space for FREE. *** If you're driving or renting a car, our carpark entrance has a maximum height of 2M only. Toyota Hiace High Top Vans cannot enter. Thank you. Guests will self check in themselves taking the key from the letter box. After booking confirmation, we will send you check in details. We will provide a car park band card, two access cards, and keys when u check in. If any of the car park band card or access card got lost, there will be a penalty of RM 250 each. Other things to note Unfortunately, the management office has decided to prevent homestay guests from using facilities such as the swimming pool and gym starting 1/1/2023. This new rule affects every unit at Vivacity, not only ours. Of course, this disappoints us as well, but this is beyond our control as homestay operators.
