Our house in the Allgäu is located near the Alps in a protected landscape area near the Wertach. It invites you to a holiday in the countryside with a southwest terrace surrounded by meadows and a garden. From here you can ideally start hiking and cycling in the surrounding area. Shopping is within walking distance. The diverse offerings of the spa town of Bad Wörishofen, such as the thermal baths, spa park and golf course, are easily accessible by car, bicycle or public transport. The space For our guests, we have fully furnished the ground floor of our house (total area inside about 120 sqm). Up to 6 people can cater for themselves in our well-equipped kitchen (16 sqm in total with pantry, equipped with stove, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster). From our sunny living and dining room (parquet floor, 35 sqm) you have an unobstructed view of the surrounding fields and meadows. The children also have enough space to play here. We are happy to share a stock of our board games, books and DVDs. The couch can be pulled out and can comfortably sleep up to two guests if needed. The bedrooms are 20 sqm and 16 sqm. We have bed linen ready for the beds in our bedrooms (180 x 200 cm or 2 x 90 x 200 cm). Finally, our guests have the southwest terrace (40 m², additional covered terrace 11 m²) with garden table and grill and a garage (36 m²) with additional parking space. The upper floor of our house is currently not furnished, is not inhabited and is not rented. You are welcome to use the laundry room in the basement with washing machine and drying facilities. Small guests are also welcome here. Chairs for children and toddlers as well as a children's table are available. Guest access The entire ground floor and the laundry room in the basement are available. The 1st floor is not inhabited and is not rented. Other things to note A small supermarket is approx. 5 minutes away on foot.
