This large suite is newly decorated with a unique open green sea view, amazing sunrise and night view. This listing has double-open bathrooms, bathtubs, and a simple kitchen. For safety reasons, this property is not suitable for children. Newly refurnished, This is a suite room located by the only one reserved wetland area in Taipei city. You may easily see the junction of Tamshui River and Jilong River by the windows or if you prefer, while you take a day bath. For safety sake , this suite is not proper for clients with kids, too many balcony and open windows. Guest access Premium raw drinking water purifier, washing machine and large panoramic balcony are provided in the common facilities. We provide top quality purify drinking water in the public area, laundry with a panoramic terrace on the roof floor, collected tea and coffee and an open kitchen in this suite. Other things to note Statement 1: This home is remote, the building is old, and there are five floors of stairs to climb. The only features are the view and the bathtub. The owner has done his best to renovate and keep it clean and comfortable. Guests are advised to consider their physical condition and luggage handling issues. Statement 2: We do not accept guests who have hotel and hostel level requirements for sheets and bath towels, or those with special needs to bring their own personal items. Statement 3: This is a shared home, not an empty room that is not used on weekdays, and the traces of daily life are visible, including books, cooking utensils, sauces, canned food, instant noodles, tea, etc. There are stored items in the refrigerator, but the cleaning staff will pay attention to whether there are any acidic or rotten items. We hereby declare that guests should not be surprised and should consider their own willingness to stay. Statement 4: This house is located in a 45-year-old apartment building with shared old stairs. After entering the shared main door, it consists of three separate suites, each with its own separate door for independent access. Statement 5: Please adhere to the check-in time negotiated before each check-in. If you are late, we will once again declare that this home is not a hotel and there is no 24-hour staff on site.
