Great running, remodeled 1995 Motorhome! Pull out couch for 2 to sleep, overhead driver bed for 2, and Queen memory foam in the back for 2! Enjoy your time in this cozy RV while being only 0-45 minutes away from pretty much everything. Disney, mountains, water parks, restaurants, malls, Dave and busters etc! This RV is parked in my driveway. We have a good neighborhood with nearby park. This is more of a place to sleep, then camp and bbq etc. The space Its California. So property looks like dirt with grass trying to grow lol. Plenty of space around the area. Room is beautiful just take a look at pics! Guest access You have access to our front yard where you can play frisbee or throw a ball etc. Other things to note Please note. The RV is not something that you can drive. This is a stay! At the moment there is no fridge use in the RV. The RV is on house property so, you can’t run any of the following at the same time, air, microwave, water heater or blow dryers. Running any 1 of them at a time is fine however, 2 or more, you will find that the breaker will pop. Lastly, again remembering this is an RV. So the ac is only going to cool 20 degrees or so cooler then outside. So if planning on being in the rv a lot during the day. May want to dress light and get a wet rag lol. I will do my best to keep it cool for you! Other then this, all good!
