"Katafigio" Home in Tsagkarada Village

With great excitement, we present our traditional house in the idyllic village of Tsagarada, Pelion.Our rustic residence welcomes you to a space filled with authenticity and hospitality. Get ready to experience the true beauty of Pelion and create unforgettable memories that will accompany you forever The space The space on the upper floor comprises 3 spacious and bright bedrooms, each equipped with 2 semi-double beds and storage areas. There is a fully equipped bathroom and toilet on the upper floor. On the ground floor, there is a living room capable of accommodating an additional 3 people, as well as a large dining area. Additionally, we have central air conditioning (A/C), TV, and our kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances. Furthermore, there are two large balconies and a spacious courtyard for your enjoyment. The house is situated in the countryside, surrounded by trees, foliage, and plants! Finally, we are in the process of constructing a second bathroom and toilet on the ground floor! Guest access The residence is located a 10-minute drive from the village center in a quiet area in the neighborhood of Agia Kyriaki. We drive onto the village's ring road and at the point we will indicate, we take a right turn to the parking area. There is parking space for 2 cars in a shared area. (Currently, we park the cars there, as a parking space next to the house is under construction). From the parking area to the entrance of the house, there is a downhill distance of 25-30 meters on a cement road. There is an external gate, external stairs, and an internal staircase. The space is not recommended for people with limited accessibility. ** According to GMaps: - The distance from the house to Agia Paraskevi is 5'. - The distance from the house to Fakistra Beach is 7'. - The distance from the house to Mylopotamos Beach is 12'. - The distance from the house to Papanero/Agios Ioannis Beach is 28', and to Choreuto Beach is 45'. Other things to note The house is nestled in the countryside, surrounded by trees and plants and vegetation. Before and upon your arrival, we always provide as much important information as possible. We guide you to the house and parking area with written and verbal instructions. There is always someone to welcome you and guide you to the house. Before your departure, please make sure to turn off all the lights and most of the electrical appliances in the house. We close all the windows, doors, and lock the main door before your departure.
