"Katafigio" Home in Tsagkarada Village

Welcome to our traditional house in the idyllic Tsagarada of Pelion!We are excited to have you in a place full of authenticity and hospitality. Designed for a large number of people, our home promises a unique accommodation experience. Enjoy the serene atmosphere and the indescribable view, discovering every corner and secret of our village. The space The space consists of 3 spacious and bright bedrooms on the upper floor, each equipped with 2 semi-double beds and storage spaces. Upstairs there is a fully equipped bathroom and toilet. Downstairs there is a living room that can accommodate 3 extra people, as well as a large dining room. Downstairs we have central air conditioning, a/c, TV and our kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances. There are also two large balconies and a spacious courtyard for your enjoyment. The house is in the countryside, it is among trees, foliage and plants! Finally, we are in the process of building a second bathroom and toilet on the ground floor! Guest access The residence is located 10 minutes by car from the center of the village in a quiet location in the district of Agia Kyriaki. We drive to the ring road of the village and at the point where we will indicate to you we take a right turn for the parking lot. There is parking for 2 cars in a common area.(We currently park the cars there, a parking lot next to the house is under construction) From the parking lot to the entrance of the house there is a 25-30m downhill distance on a concrete road. There is an exterior door and there are steps outside and an interior staircase. The space is not recommended for people with limited accessibility. ** According to GMaps The distance from the house to Agia Paraskevi is 5'. The distance between the house and Fakistra beach is 7 minutes. The distance between the house and Mylopotamos beach is 12'. The distance to the beaches of Papa Nero/Ai Giannis is 28' and Chorefto 45'. Other things to note The house is in the countryside! Among trees and plants and vegetation. There is a garden, fencing, illuminated spaces and neighboring houses We always provide as much important information as possible before and upon your arrival. We always guide you to the house and the parking lot with written and verbal instructions. There's always someone to welcome you and lead you to the house. Before you leave, make sure you turn off all the lights in the house and most electrical appliances. Before departure, we close all windows, doors and lock.
